For more than 13 years at TSR, Patrick has built a reputation as a sharp strategist who stays focused on what matters: protecting his clients and delivering results. His straightforward approach and clear guidance give clients confidence in the process. “Every case is different,” he says. “If a lawyer tells you exactly what’s going to happen from day one, they’re lying. My job is to be honest, fight hard, and get it done the right way.”

Patrick initially considered a career in tax law, but quickly realized litigation was where he belonged. “I saw cases like puzzles, and I loved the challenge of figuring them out,” he explains. But more than the strategy, it was the opportunity to help real people through difficult times that made personal injury law the right fit.

One case that stands out involved a client who was seriously injured and hesitant to appear in court due to his immigration status. Patrick walked him through the process and secured a settlement that gave his family financial stability. “It’s not just about legal arguments,” he says, “it’s about helping people move forward.” This level of commitment isn’t uncommon for Patrick — he’s been known to spend hours on the phone just to make sure a client gets a rental car, something most attorneys wouldn’t take the time to do.

Patrick’s work doesn’t stop in the courtroom. He serves on the Board of Governors for the Minnesota Association for Justice, advocating for the rights of injury victims. He’s also involved with the KWST Behavioral Development Group, a nonprofit supporting underprivileged youth.
